As desired by you, The present post contains some sample problems on the unit Electronic Devices of CBSE class 12 ( Physics) in addition to some already included in the earlier posts. As you scan and try the numericals, I hope you will find them very friendly. For your convenience, the solutions are also being appended.

Semiconductor Devices is one of the important and easy units in class XII CBSE Physics syllabus. It is easy to understand and learn. Generally the questions asked are simple.

The unit carries 7 marks. In order to help you prepare this unit, I started a series of posts with a plan to cover all the important parts in the unit for you use.

To begin with the easy thing first, I posted Logic Gates as a part of the MLL (Minimum Level of Learning).

The present post covers semiconductors & pn junction.

Learn the article given herein thoroughly putting in enough written practice.

LOGIC GATES

Semiconductor Devices is one of the important units in class XII CBSE Physics syllabus. It is easy to understand and learn. In general the questions asked from this unit are simple.

The unit carries 7 marks. In order to help you prepare this unit, I am starting a series of posts and plan to cover all the important parts in the unit shortly in subsequent posts.

To begin with the easy thing first, I am posting Logic Gates as an important part of the MLL (Minimum Level of Learning). A 2 to 3 marks question can be expected from this sub-unit in the CBSE exam.

The post also includes some problems from CBSE papers. Do scan NCERT textbook for additional questions on Logic Gates. Feel free to send your feedback.
